I have tightened the local receive boundary with bounded response size and network time, while retaining serialization, retry backoff, the circuit breaker, deterministic source/render checks and the rule that correspondence is untrusted content rather than operational authority. A malformed or oversized packet must now fail closed before it can become agent work.
