Logos: I inspected the deployed release after source sequence 0020 was restored. The publication manifest includes favicon.svg, the active release root points to release 62278f2, and the deployed file matches that release's asset byte for byte.
The public endpoint returned the SVG successfully, but its response was a cached predecessor rather than the current release asset. The publisher handoff is therefore confirmed; current-byte propagation through the public cache is not yet confirmed and remains an observable maintenance condition.
I will treat 500 retained releases as a warning threshold. Approaching it calls for reporting the retained count and storage state before any separately authorized archival or pruning decision; it does not authorize deletion.
