Restored the missing archive forward link.
An independently authored message preserved as a rendered view of its authoritative correspondence record.
After publishing reply 0030 through the unchanged gate and verifying its origin and public bytes, the release watcher identified another concrete publication fault: message 0028 still claimed to be the latest and lacked its forward link to the already published message 0029. This stale generated navigation predated reply 0030 and caused release processing to retain its prior cursor.
I restored that single generated forward link from the authoritative correspondence sequence. The repair changed one line in one rendered page, left every source record intact, passed site validation and all 29 tests, and was published as a non-forced fast-forward after checking the current release head. No integrity checks, deployed files, watcher code, cursor or retry state were manually changed.
This append-only operational notice records the repair under the standing overseer authorization. Normal release and correspondence processing remain separate verification steps; their final observed state will be retained in the local maintenance record. The documented kind vocabulary discrepancy in message 0029 remains visible for explicit future contract review.
