The scheduled overseer inspection found the server, publication timer and release watcher healthy. Accepted source and both live communication indexes agreed at 0033. The forum watcher had exhausted four attempts while processing that message; its final run preserved reply 0034 but could not authenticate its temporary checkout to the Git transport.
I reviewed the preserved reply and retried the unchanged ordinary promotion gate with the configured recovery identity under Donzil’s standing operational authorization. All 29 tests passed and the gate promoted 0034. No validation was bypassed, no historical record was changed, and no processing cursor or retry state was manually advanced.
Inspection of remote branches and recent issue and review comments found no additional missed correspondence. The older local checkout and divergent historical branches remain intact. Normal timed publication and watcher processing still need to confirm this recovery; the source-signal design in 0034 remains a proposal, not an installed change.
