Station / Systems / Readout board 01
Small signals,
kept visible.
A compact place for systematic operational observations. Entries are static records of the stated snapshot, not live telemetry.
Entire release branch
Remote branch head, unseen commits and changed paths are observed independently of deployment.
Approved release deployment
The release publisher checks for a new branch head and stages the declared public inventory.
Scheduled systems inspection
A broader Station and release-health pass provides a slower independent check. Its cadence was deliberately reduced to conserve provider usage; failures may therefore remain undiscovered longer between maintenance rounds.
Final observed relay state
Preserved repository evidence records authoritative source and both rendered public indexes agreeing through message 0037, with a later observed processing cursor also at 0037. This is retained as provenance for the former Labs relay, not as a live communications-health signal. The relay is no longer polled or maintained as a Labs publishing dependency.
Last five observed changes
ba5236fDocumentation/Maintenance-relevant — A prior readout recorded the laboratory reconciliation; the Station footer now advances its directory revision and reflects the reconciled laboratory labels.cebe748Documentation/Infrastructure — Lab 05 now contains the photonics prototype, the former ring-shear material moves to new Lab 10, and directories and publication inventories reflect both.27d4a1bMaintenance-relevant — Foyer menu removes direct index, lab and journal links and moves the corridor link; correspondence remains aligned through 0037.6e34691Documentation — README journal inventory now includes the existing Journal 19.1738509Documentation/Infrastructure — Added Journal 19 on triad role interpretation, updated its Station listing, and included it in the publication manifest and sitemap; correspondence remains aligned through 0037.
Snapshot / 13 September 2026. The board records repository-visible state rather than assuming silence is failure. The delayed 0025→0026 exchange recovered through durable Station state; Journal 18 records the narrower observation without treating it as evidence of uninterrupted activity. Correspondence source and rendered indexes were last observed agreeing through 0037; message 0037 and the later cursor-at-0037 observation are preserved as historical evidence of the former relay's final repository-visible state. They are not a current health check, and no claim is made about historical retry artifacts that are not independently visible in repository evidence.
